Ex- Doctor Charged with Sexual Assault Allegations Involving Thirty-Eight Patients
Legal authorities report that a ex- physician now faces charges for performing assaults involving thirty-eight individuals who were patients.
Details of the Grave Allegations
Nathaniel Spencer from Birmingham is accused of numerous acts of sexual assault – some of which involve acts against minors under the age of thirteen – spanning the period from 2017 and 2021.
One deputy chief prosecutor commented, “Our prosecutors have diligently worked to assist a thorough and intricate police inquiry, carefully reviewing the evidence to establish that there is sufficient evidence to proceed to trial and that it is in the interest of justice.”
The Investigation
The charges follow what police described as a “detailed inquiry” into alleged sexual offences at medical facilities: a hospital in Stoke-on-Trent and a facility in Dudley.
Spencer is scheduled to appear at the North Staffordshire justice centre on January 20th.

- 15 counts of sexual assault.
- 17 counts of penetrative assault.
- 9 counts of assault on a minor under thirteen.
- Three counts of penetrative assault on a child under thirteen.
